Returns
To make the return process as simple as possible, we have introduced a return procedure through your personal Account.
How to request a return:
- Log in to your personal account.
- Find your order: In the orders section, locate the order for which you wish to request a return.
- Request a return: Select the option to request a return and follow the provided instructions.
- Receive the return shipping label: Once you have completed the return request, we will send you the return shipping label via email.
- Prepare the package: Securely pack the product and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
- Send it back: Take the package to the designated shipping location as indicated in the instructions and send it back to us.
Timelines and Conditions:
- Return Period: The return must be requested within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, with labels and packaging intact.
- Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
